On Friday 18 October, our service PIM (Partners in Multilingualism) is organising a session on reading aloud in different languages in preparation for Reading Week!
Read aloud week 2024 runs from 16 to 24 November, with the slogan ‘Reading aloud enriches your world’. Being read to in a variety of languages fits perfectly into this picture, in our opinion! It could be in your home language or in a language you never heard before….
Primary school teachers are welcome to discover how to get started with this in your classroom and how to encourage parents to read aloud (more).
